Customer service was awful. I have a complaint in with booking.com about it. They require a form to be filled out, where you need to add a screenshot of your booking, which you can't get from the app. When speaking to them over whatsapp, the staff were incredibly rude (happy to share the conversation with whoever needs to see it). I travelled all the way to the hotel, but they basically ignored me. It was late evening and the weather had turned sour (I was on a motorbike) and had to find another hotel.

The breakfast was 100% . The staff could not have been nicer . it was a little hard to find at the start , but after a while i got used to it. It would be better if you travled by car... i liked it... but many laddies might not..

Peter

The rooms were larger than expected and very comfortable. The adjoining restaurant/cafe was good - one of the best meals I had (truffle spaghetti) The bus stop outside for Florence an absolute bonus!!!

Lesley

Service at check in was not available - had to wait 30 min for key

Jacob

Clean , comfortable , friendly , quiet
